8 Sequential Modules Designed To Shift Burnout To Wholeness

Start creating the space to really heal.

The methods explored in this eight-part program take a multi-level approach. Each section builds on the last, but as a whole they explore three main themes.

Theme #1 – Observing more dynamically

Theme #2 – Seeing and recognizing patterns

Theme #3 – Connecting to the realms of meaning and morality

“I can live for two months on
a good compliment.”

— Mark Twain

“The kinds of experiences we savor as clinicians are very much like a two-month-compliment. We need more of those, not only to survive, but to thrive.”

— Adam Blanning, M.D.

“To get something out of the course, you probably need to have felt burned out at some point. You need to have some of the feeling “the algorithms have driven me crazy”. This program gave me hope for balance. I would recommend it to anybody who seemed to have had that glimpse of being tired of it all.”
