8 Sequential Modules designed to shift burnout to wholeness.

The methods explored in this eight-part program take a multi-level approach. Each section builds on the last, but as a whole they explore three main themes.

How to Claim Wholeness in Medicine
This course is for medical providers, students and residents who want to reclaim more of their humanity. Its purpose is to make your practice more nourishing and sustainable, as well as offer ways to help reawaken your medical curiosity.
Each module is intended to take less than 20 minutes to read; modules are posted once a week to give you time to practice, observe and reflect.
Self-assessments are provided to gauge whether the approach has made a difference in your experience.
To qualify for CME credits, we accept the following credentials only: MD, DO, NP, PA, ND, DDS, PharmD. Currently enrolled students of these disciplines are also accepted.

Claiming Wholeness in Medicine Core Curriculum
There are 8 sequential modules. What’s required of you is to read the material for each module (no more than 3-4 pages each) at the pace of one module per week. Reflect and answer the questions to yourself, keeping notes in a dedicated notebook.
The first module begins upon enrollment.
